By accessing and using H21 Pub and Grill's online ordering menu, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
When placing an order with H21 Pub and Grill you agree that:
For delivery orders, you must provide a valid delivery address within H21 Pub and Grill's service area. For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time. Advance/scheduled orders are subject to H21 Pub and Grill's available time slots.
Payment is made through the methods enabled by H21 Pub and Grill. Where cash on delivery or card on delivery is offered, payment is due upon receipt of the order. For online payments, your payment is processed securely by the chosen payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once H21 Pub and Grill has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of H21 Pub and Grill in line with applicable law.
You agree not to abuse the ordering system, provide false information, or act in a way that disrupts H21 Pub and Grill's service or staff.
H21 Pub and Grill is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the online menu. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
H21 Pub and Grill may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the online menu after changes constitutes acceptance.
